We made a visit here on Valentine’s Day around 2pm. We had a reservation and were seated shortly after check in. The restaurant was spacious, nicely designed and welcoming.
Our waitress shortly approached to take our drink and appetizer order.

The complimentary bread and butter was delicious; soft, warm and flavorful. I ordered the caviar service to start and it also did not disappoint. For our entrees we ordered 6oz filet medium and 8oz well done. Both were good however my medium was slightly over cooked. We also ordered Brussels sprouts, mac n cheese, and loaded baked potato. Brussel sprouts were a bit overcooked but everything else was fine.
Our experience was pretty good! When comparing it to other steakhouses within their tier, they fell just a little short. We also noticed the inconsistencies with how waitstaff tended to tables. Our waitress was good, however the waiter who served the table next to us, went above and beyond! He really gave 5star service just by his level of attentiveness, desire to serve, and going the extra mile. We noticed the vast difference between the two.
But overall, it was a good experience.
This was our first time dining experience at Fleming's and it was quite impeccable, our server Luke made the occasion extra special! We decided to enjoy a late lunch/early dinner and glad they could accommodate our preferred time of day. Greeted promptly and we moved quickly into our 3 course

We decided to enjoy a late lunch/early dinner and glad they could accommodate our preferred time of day. Greeted promptly and we moved quickly into our 3 course meal after Luke answered a few questions we had over the menu. I enjoyed the Tomahawk special, my mother enjoyed the Lobster tail and my sister had the Lobster roll, we shared the crispy Brussels and Fleming's potatoes - the taste of everything was fantastic and full of flavor. Very happy with the requested Pittsburgh medium rare cook on my ribeye, great crust and very juicy! Dessert presentation was appreciated, a small gift from the Chef and a birthday card was also very kind!
Thank you again Luke and staff for making a very nice memory and first impression of dining at Fleming's.
