The Capital Grille – Houston

Mr. Christopher was an amazing host. Loved him. Will be coming back. Had steak cooked perfectly. My favorite that i would like to recommend is the Glazed Brussels Sprouts! They are super delicious. Food was delicious. Dessert was my favorite part. So delicious.

Words cannot begin to express the dining experience we had for our birthdays ( with aunt). The staff.. Jose, Bella Skylar and another wonderful young lady (forgot her name.. sorry!) Went above and beyond our expectations to give us the most memorable dining event. Thank you to all the staff at Capital Grill for making our day special!

My husband went to Capital Grille yrs ago with a group and had the large seafood platter. He could not stop talking about it for nearly a decade. We finally had the opportunity to go back & this time, we sat at the bar for a lovely intimate dinner Our bartender/waitress was super friendly and attentive. The drinks were yummy and the food was delicious. We had the small version of the seafood platter as a meal and then split a chicken risotto. It did not disappoint. If you want a really good meal in a quiet upscale setting this is it. But bring your checkbook, it is on the pricey side.

I had lunch today at The Capital Grille in CityCentre, Houston, and it was an experience I felt compelled to share. As someone who has visited many locations of The Capital Grille in the past, I decided to switch things up this time and try one of their highly praised burgers. It turned out to be a fantastic choice!

The ambiance at this location is both sophisticated and inviting, with dark wood accents and soft lighting that create a warm atmosphere. It's the perfect setting for a special occasion or just a nice night out. One of the highlights of the restaurant is its extensive wine list, featuring over 350 selections from renowned vineyards around the world. The staff was incredibly knowledgeable and helped me pick a wine that paired perfectly with my meal.

Now, onto the burger—it was one of the best I've ever had! Juicy and cooked to perfection, it was topped with fresh ingredients that made each bite incredibly satisfying. The fries that accompanied the burger were equally delicious, crispy, and seasoned just right.

Service at The Capital Grille was exceptional. The staff was attentive and friendly, ensuring that our dining experience was smooth and enjoyable. Additionally, the valet parking for just $5 made it easy to relax and enjoy without worrying about parking.

The CityCentre location itself is a vibrant area filled with shops and boutiques, making it a great destination for a meal after some retail therapy. There’s plenty to explore nearby, which adds to the overall experience.

In summary, my visit to The Capital Grille in CityCentre was a delightful one. While I have enjoyed many meals at various locations in the past, trying the burger this time was a refreshing change that I highly recommend. With quality food, an extensive wine selection, and excellent service, this restaurant is definitely worth a visit!
